Complementing the new interiors is a fresh menu that balances all the exciting favourites and signature creations such as Tito Greg’s Kare-Kare, Chicken and Pork Adobo “Romulo Style’ but in a more pared-down form. Inspired by the famed Carlos P. Romulo and run by his family, this highly commended restaurant offers traditional recipes with an innovative touch. Vegetarians will find much to tickle their palates, such as the Young Jackfruit and Coconut Stew.
Created by Executive Chef Jeremy Villanueva, all dishes continue to be made with the finest seasonal ingredients sourced from such renowned local suppliers as Dingley Dell Pork. The Bar serves traditional and speciality cocktails as well as original Philippine beers.
