Under the leadership of Chef Patron Daniel Smith (a veteran of Le Gavroche and Galton Blackiston’s Morston Hall) and Head Chef Fabio Miani (Norfolk Chef of the Year nominee), the kitchen offers modern British cuisine crafted from the finest Norfolk produce.

Menus are thoughtfully reimagined with seasonal ingredients, whether you choose two or three courses from the Menu Du Jour or opt for a lavish A La Carte feast including exceptional dishes like Cromer crab, Swannington Lamb Rump, or char‑grilled Norfolk beef fillet. Service is relaxed yet refined.
