Tyddyn Llan – North Wales
Tyddyn Llan is a destination restaurant set in a Georgian country house on the edge of Snowdonia. Now under the direction of acclaimed chef Gareth Stevenson—previously awarded Wales’ first Michelin Green Star—the restaurant offers a refined dining experience focused on sustainability, seasonality, and Welsh provenance.
Evening service features beautifully balanced tasting menus of six or ten courses, with creative dishes showcasing the finest local produce, including Orkney scallops, Welsh lamb, and garden-grown vegetables. On Thursday and Sunday evenings, a three-course à la carte option is also available, alongside a traditional roast lunch on Sundays.
Gareth leads a talented kitchen team, delivering elegant, flavour-led cuisine with a modern, low-waste approach. The warm front-of-house welcome and relaxed country setting create the perfect backdrop for one of North Wales’ most exciting culinary experiences.
