Food steps rather than food miles. Head Chef Paolo Sanapo works together with our gardeners to plant and grow an abundance of vegetables, fruit and herbs on our rooftop garden; harvested daily this fresh produce influences many of the dishes on our menus. This oasis in the sky is filled with beds, pots, a greenhouse and bee hives, where our delicious honey is made.
