The Oyster Club

The Oyster Club – founded by Adam and Natasha Stokes of Michelin Star restaurant Adam’s – brings the highest quality seafood to Birmingham city centre.

The restaurant, which itself is recognised with a Michelin Plate, blends the highest standards in the kitchen with a relaxed and casual approach to dining in a stylish and intimate setting.

Aside from the titular Oyster offering, the menu combines exquisite seafood, delivered fresh daily, with a stunning wine list.
